Solo traveler needs to experience this
I had the chance to really connect with the restaurant staff, especially the chefs. They not only made my meals but also shared stories about the food they served, it created this warm atmosphere like being at a family dinner.
It wasn’t exactly affordable but considering the experience, it felt worth it.

i was almost ready to sing praises, but alas, my heritage room had holes in the flooring, and no iron to be found. also, check-in took an eternity, 45 mins if you can believe it! i woudl ve been expecting champagne on ice for that kind of wait, but was given nothing instead.

Amazing heritage vibes!
This place is super beautiful! The room was huge and comfy, def felt like luxury. Staff were genuinely great, always smiling and ready to help. I gotta shout out the bar/lounge area too—perfect for chillin' after a long day. Just wish the food could've been a bit better, it was good but not mind-blowing.

The heritage room carries a unique charm, with its tasteful aesthetics that echo the building's history. The pool area is a blissful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel.
Despite the charm, the bathroom fixtures were corroding, and there were noticeable holes in the flooring of the heritage room. The ceiling fan had a distractingly loud clicking sound, and the dining room's temperature felt overly chilled, making it quite uncomfortable. Even though the Indian dishes were excellent, the pizza was disappointingly below par, and the spaghetti left much to be desired. My credit card was mistakenly charged twice—a hassle I'd rather do without. a bit of a mixed bag, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

charming stay but check-in needs improvement
The hotel carries a unique old-world charm, especially in the Heritage Room with its tasteful decor. The breakfast spread was a delight, featuring beautifully presented dishes that were both varied and delicious. Our steward, Bhaskaran, made our mornings special with his attentive service. We also enjoyed the serene city view from our room, which was a wonderful addition to our relaxing stay.
The check-in experience was prolonged, taking about 45 minutes, which dampened the initial excitement of our arrival.
